James ‘Chassie’ Cronin, Duagh Village, Listowel, Co. Kerry and formerly of Desmond's Avenue, Castleisland, Co. Kerry, peacefully, surrounded by his loving and much-loved family in the exceptional care of the staff at UHK, Tralee, Co. Kerry, on Friday, 11th March, after a short illness. Son of the late Ellen and John Cronin, he is deeply mourned and will be greatly missed by his wife Agnes, his children Eleanor, Thérèse, Agnes Jnr., Michael, Noreen and Austin; grandchildren Ava, Leah, our beloved angel Xavier, Luke, Michaela, Aodhán, Keelin and Connell; sister Lily and brother Mikey Joe; daughter-in-law Trish, sons-in-law Mick and Jim; sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Warm of heart and warm of spirit, he lit people’s lives with laughter.

Reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home, Church Road, Castleisland, Co. Kerry, V92 PH68, on Monday from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass for James ‘Chassie’ will be celebrated at 11.30am on Tuesday in St. Brigid’s Church, Duagh. The Mass will be live-streamed on www.diocesesofkerry.ie ( Duagh Page ) It will be followed by burial at Springmount Cemetery, Duagh.
