Lucy Courtney Murphy (Rathcormac & formerly of Killiney, Castlegregory, Co. Kerry) peacefully on April 17th 2022, aged 41 years, surrounded by her loving family at Marymount Hospice, Cork. Lucy, 7 The Lagan, Riversdale, Rathcormac beloved wife of David & adoring mother of her little boys Joseph (aged 8) & Daithi (aged 7) and sister of the late Joseph. She is deeply loved and will always be remembered and sadly missed by her husband & sons, her parents Joe & Ann Courtney, her sisters Joanne & Yvonne, brother Johnny, her in-laws Noirin, Finbarr & Hilary, her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces & nephews, aunts & uncles, cousins & friends near & far.
If our love alone could have saved her, she never would have died, forever in our hearts.
Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to attend Lucy’s repose at her home, 7 The Lagan, Riversdale, Rathcormac, P61 FE00, on Wednesday, April 20th 2022, from 6pm to 8pm. Reception into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Rathcormac on Thursday, April 21st 2022, at 12.45am for Requiem Mass at 1pm, followed by private cremation at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
