Jacqueline passed away peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by her son David, partner Tom, sisters Helen and Maria, brother Joseph, grandchildren Bryan, Blaine, Shauna and Heather, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Navin's Funeral Home, Mill St, Westport this Wednesday morning 16th from 10am until 12pm. Funeral arriving at Shannon Crematorium, Co. Clare on Wednesday afternoon 16th for funeral service at 4pm.
